Purpose
This site presents RALLYLED scoreboards ahead of launch and lets you reserve with no payment or commitment. No products are sold and nothing is charged through this website. Features, images and figures are indicative and may change before launch.
Manufacturing and US distribution
RALLYLED scoreboards are manufactured and distributed in the United States by Teck Control (teckcontrol.com, info@elextronika.com), a company independent of this website’s owner.
Terms of use
Access is free. Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. The owner may change the content at any time.
Intellectual and industrial property
The RALLYLED brand, logos, texts, images and site design belong to the owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without express permission, except for private use.
Liability
The owner strives to keep information accurate but does not guarantee it is error-free or that the site is always available, and is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Any dispute will be heard by the courts competent under the law; for consumers, those of their place of residence.
Privacy policy
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), here is what data we process when you reserve, and why.

What data we collect
Only what the reservation form asks: name, email and country (required); model, use, sport, units, advertising interest and comments (to understand what you need); plus your language and the page you reserved from. We never ask for payment details or sensitive data.
Purposes and legal basis
- Managing your reservation and notifying you before launch, with price and availability. Basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box.
- Emailing you about the launch. Basis: your consent (art. 21 LSSI-CE). You can unsubscribe from any email or by writing to us.
- Replying if you contact us. Basis: your consent or our legitimate interest in answering you.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles that affect you.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after the commercial launch, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. It is then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it blocked.
Who else has access
We never share or sell your data. We use providers that process it on our behalf as data processors:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and form collection.
- Google LLC (USA): email (Gmail), where we receive reservations, and Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typeface and receives your IP address when it loads.
These international transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing. Write to info.rallyled@gmail.com stating which right you are exercising. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
Minors
You must be at least 14 to reserve (art. 7 LOPDGDD). If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to reserve for you.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to reservations is limited to the people who manage them.
